Using This Edition

This compiled edition is a reading copy of a living project. The canonical Markdown and structured project records remain online, and later revisions may differ from this edition. Each generated edition should identify its compilation date, repository commit, and edition name on the title or publication-information page.

Finding a Proposal

ARRP proposals use stable identifiers such as REG-001 or JUD-011. Printed cross-references use those identifiers so a reader can find the destination even when page layout changes. During final assembly, the marker below is replaced with a compact table listing every included issue identifier, its title, and the page on which the issue begins.

The complete Subject and Institution Index offers a more detailed lookup by agency, organization, topic, acronym, and common public term. Digital editions also preserve clickable internal links.

Technical Information Available Online

A compiled edition intentionally omits much of the project’s working and technical record. The public website provides the current reader-facing edition. The ARRP GitHub repository provides the full Framework and Methodology, issue audit histories, source catalogs, supporting research, proposed legislative files, repository change history, and internal workflow or publication documentation.

Omission from print does not mean that a record is secret, unimportant, or unavailable. It generally means that the record is operational, developmental, machine-readable, unusually detailed, or better maintained online than in a fixed linear publication.

Status of the Drafts

Issue status and quality scores describe development and review readiness, not enactment, legal approval, or endorsement. Proposed legislative language remains illustrative working text unless a page expressly states otherwise. Readers should use the current online version when accuracy depends on recent litigation, official action, source monitoring, or project revision.
